Hi . I made my first deposit on betmaster 2020-09-25. Then played on without success until October 20 when I won some money. Then made 6 separate withdrawals for a total of SEK 12,200 for my mastercard.

The money came in the very next day and everything worked.

Then I won another and now it is 28000SEK Which seems completely impossible to get an answer as to why I can not take them out. All sorts of problems arise! They say that there are problems with my payment provider, the withdrawal button locks at regular intervals, that they have technical problems.

They constantly say that they should send on to another department and never return.

They have also varied the amount I can bet, When I lose, the limit is suddenly raised so I can bet more again.

And they have not received any inquiries as the betmaster claims.

Do not know at all how it works But read a complaint here on your site that is open regarding Betmaster which is very reminiscent of my problem. 3 days isn't really that long time. I have no idea how it works with Betmaster, but usually in cases like this one, the customer support agent creates a ticket (about your case) and sends the ticket to the Payments department. Then the people from the payments department deal with the tickets one by one until they eventually get to yours, but it can time some time.
