Of course, understand that... though this is the first casino (without swedish license) that i experianced this kind of difficulties with, and i have played with many...the excuses similar to the earlier was Thrown at us when managed to start a cryptowallet(deposit and withdraw) the first Time they cancelled my withdrawelrequest with no explanation, the second time they cancelled it again, explanation this time was " you entered wrong cryptoadress" , i emailed cryptowallet and received their answer "you entered the right one", despite that i tried again with cryptowallet "withdrawel adress", yet again they cancelled it....When doing it again (copy and paste, i didnt manually enter the code) i pasted the "futures-depost adress" as i did the first time , suddenly it worked. I tried to withdraw the rest yesterday(with the correct "adress " that worked saturday... they cancelled it again today (without explanation). A GIANT NOOO for everyone thinking of joining this guys.

Hi, go in via "transfer" move your btc, then you go in via "exchange" and sell these, sold in a few seconds. In this they now seem not to be able to pay out to cards, waiting for an email response from crypto how I then transfer to card / bank
In the worst case, I move them to plus500 which I am pretty familiar with and take them out of there instead
