betmaster problems Withdraw (page 5)

I have not even played for a single penny all weekend. My 15,000 just sit there in the account. They say that the specialists will fix so I will be able to withdraw via cryptocurrency but nothing happens.

Do not understand why they do not just pay and get satisfied customers who want to play more. I will not play another crown on this page and I have informed them.

How long did it take before you even had the opportunity to withdraw via cryptocurrency after making the deposit? I do not get that opportunity yet. Support says the specialists are fixing it now! Only my VISA card is available as an option and the withdrawals bounce back all the time.
