Please, submit a complaint on our website regarding this. It's clear that even if someone had more accounts according to them, they should ask for extra 50 eur in cryptocurrencies and then basically steal it!
They usually react to complaints submitted on our website so there's a chance that you'll get your money back.

As you can see, it says that to withdraw the funds, make a minimum deposit in cryptocurrencies to save my gryptographic wallet and thus transfer the funds to it. I do it and they keep everything claiming that I have two registered emails of which I have not used any bonus to take advantage of anything.
As I already mentioned, even if you had more accounts, there's no reason to ask you to deposit money and then steal it from you.
Well of course not because all that meant to me having to create a cryptographic wallet to which at least I have to transfer 100 euros and from that wallet 50 for them since it is the minimum.
