I see, in such cases casino should be able to explain what was wrong with the documents at least... As far as I know, those issues rises if several people are taking care of the verification and all have different claims when it comes to approving docs. Not sure whether this is what's happening now, though. 🤔

I'm sorry to say that, but if the casino truly faces some technical problems, no one outside the casino - us included - can solve the problem. The casino must find a solution first or suggest alternatives.

May I know what has specifically happened to you in this casino?
It is not clear where such a reputation came from, a very terrible casino, made a deposit of $ 75, won about $ 120, requested a withdrawal, did not withdraw funds for about 10 hours, until almost everything was lost, immediately after that they said that everything is in order with the account and everything works in regular mode. I won again and the money was not withdrawn again after requesting verification. I passed it and there was no answer exactly until I lost, immediately after that the answer came that the verification was successful. Before making the next deposit, I checked with the operator whether everything was in order and whether there would be any problems, to which I received an answer that everything was in order with the account and made a deposit. After that, I won $ 700, they again refused to withdraw funds, citing technical reasons, after 24 hours, they canceled the withdrawal and requested verification again. It's been 4 days and I'm still being denied withdrawal even after re-verification. the worst project i have ever seen
I must admit this is quite a display of interesting currents. I would suggest leaving the balance to see when or whether the casino accepts and fulfills the withdrawal.

It happened exactly to me, I have 400 usd, they did it the same way until I lost everything and blocked the account, they make up a lot of excuses.
Same thing here. I did total 5 deposits in the amount of 8500 usdt approximately. Lost it almost all then got lucky and break even. So now I'm at a stage of 'verification'. Asked for a bunch of documents (including those already provided at the registration), includiтg 'proof of cryptowallet is mine' (!!!). What do they mean if crypto-wallet is completely anonimous? Why they never asked for any proofs when money goes to casino but always a problem when you try to withdraw back? So just dragging the time
If casino making obstakles even within amount of total deposits (so don't give you back your money). This casino cannot be on trusted list.
We are still at 'negotiation' stage but seems I'm going to file complaint soon.

They exactly ask to send them 'screenshot of the cryptowallet profile page containig my personal information'. Regarding cryptowallets this is nonsence. There is no 'profile page'. There is no 'personal information'. Casino dealing with crypto-payments shall be in the know. At the moment this is last thing they ask to start payments (well at least seems to). Waiting since May, 17th. Do you have any suggestions?
This is all wrong... If I start a crypto casino, I would mainly focus on KYC, knowing that crypto is "unprovable" hence the anonymous payment option. 🤦♀️ Those mixed casinos are sometimes a bit lost - somewhere in between 😀.

Well, finally they asked for a selfie with a transaction. Sounds kinda sensless as well. Upto this moment I filed them all they asked and reissued withdrawal request. So if no reaction in reasonable time I will file complaint. Thanks!
What you are going through is very bad, for deposits the casinos are being great, for withdrawals the number of bad casinos is only increasing. It's so hard to win in games, when you win they don't want to pay you, they receive the money from the providers and keep the money that was for the player.

I'd say game providers usually do not pay up the winnings to the casino - I'd call such a situation an exception, applied to special Tournaments or jackpots. 🤔
