Hello, it's been 7 days since I tried to withdraw the money from my betmaster accounts and it tells me that they have problems with their system and payment provider. At what point are they going to tell me when I'm going to have these payments??? Who can escalate my request, all the time in the customer support chat they answer me the same thing, this is not professional at all and due to the times and limits within their system it is enough to be able to file a complaint with the Profeco for the breach of service presented by your company. I hope please that they solve me as soon as possible and I can have my money in my account as soon as possible. Thanks

En que momento me van a decir cuando ya voy a contar con dichos pagos??? Quien puede escalar mi solicitud, todo el tiempo en el chat de ayuda al cliente me contestan lo mismo, esto no es nada profesional y debido al los tiempos y limites dentro de su sistema es lo suficiente para poder meter una queja ante la Profeco por el incumplimiento de servicio que presenta su empresa. Espero por favor que me resuelvan lo antes posible y pueda tener mi dinero en mi cuenta lo mas pronto. Gracias

They've agreed to verify me eventhough they proclaimed it's not necessary yet.
The depositing/payment methods are likely the ones that suits my standard in my region.
I have registered with them,i have been trying to make deposits since yesterday but it's not going through yet!

I asked the customer's service and was told that the deposit was rejected from my bank but the deposit methods are available....so I will be going to my bank to lay complaints about it.
I guess this is a good idea, there may be some problems on your bank side, it happens with payments to casinos sometimes.
I hope it will be resolved soon.

Well, it usually takes some time when the casino has to deal with the 3rd parties, such as payment providers or game providers so on. To me, it seems that a certain amount of casinos would like to strip down bank transfers or debit card payments because this kind of transaction is highly overseen due to several security policies and unstable political effects. Not sure how the situation is in Africa, but in Europe, the cryptocurrencies are playing top, because it's super easy to send and receive payment.
Here in Africa, especially in Nigeria, the Nigerian government had stripped out the use if crypto currencies, so if we will have to deposit via cryptocurrency it will be quite difficult to do so, sometimes we find it hard using debit cards aswell but the bank transfers is the most suitable option.
Actually we don't really mind getting paid in crypto currencies,as a matter of facts, I will prefer to get paid in crypto currency, its easier to get back our funds but depositing in crypto currencies is actually a problem down here!
Oh, I can imagine that it can cause further complications because every time there is a problem with bank or debit cards, casinos favor cryptocurrencies. As you said it's much easier. Let's hope that in your case, the casino will find some way.
I had a lengthy conversation with the complainant resolution team yesterday, I was told that they were assured by the payment providers that the technical issues will be fix soon, but there is no exact time frame for the resolution, so I will have to wait until it get fixed😑, hopefully it won't take much time!
They also recommended crypto method but it's not favourable for me down here!😔

If I can make deposits via bank transfers and get withdrawals via cryptocurrency, it is fine by me, but to make deposit via cryptocurrency will cost me even more,and the process is quite lengthy aswell.

Well it depends on the payment providers, I think it's a general issue most casino are having at the moment!
The direct banking system is not going through for most casinos at the moment!
