The casino asks to verify the account with a bank statement, but the bank statement is made by the bank on 30 days and they tell me that I have to wait the remaining 15 days to send the bank statement and start my verification, I think it is illegal to ask for something impossible

I read your complaint briefly and I must say that to me it seems that this is another casino that faces troubles with payment provider/s, and would not be the first. Allow me to mention that in order to verify and register a new payment option, it's normal that one must use it for a minimal deposit first, so it's validated in the casino's system. It may sound quite inappropriate in your situation but is truly a standard procedure.

I sent all the necessary documents and then they send me a message where the deposits made to the casino are supposedly missing and after 5 days I have to send them the same document but underline the deposits so that their security team can find them, they also ask for unnecessary documents such as the certificate from the company where the funds went to betmaster!
