I asked them about a month ago to self-exclude my account due to gambling addiction. They just ignored me and let me keep depositing. Also, you were cheeky as you stated that self-exclusion takes time and I find that very cheeky considering it takes a month to process.

The best way to get excluded from a casino that is reluctant to do it is give them loads of abuse on live chat and by email I found that works for me every time.
