I understand your concerns but as I said, let's wait a while and see if the casino gives you any new information. If it doesn't you can open a complaint and then our team will see what can be done. I don't promise you that your money will come back, especially because of the safety index that the casino has and the warning that they don't respond to complaints. At the very least, if you even file a complaint and the casino doesn't respond, they will get black points and the rating will go even lower. I am not sure if more could be done. 😥

Does this casino have an active license? Can't find it on the register myself but not sure how often guru is updated on its casino page.

This casino actually operates under the Curaçao (CGA). Our data team updates casinos on our website every 6-12 months and tries to collect all the information so we can include it in every review.

They have a safety index of 1.5, though, which is very low, so I wouldn't take it as a safe casino to play.

They say they operate under 365/JAZ at the bottom of their website, that hasn't been a thing for well over a year.

Chat support say they can't provide an answer about their license, email to support asking the same went unanswered.

May I ask if you have experienced any issues at this casino, please?

Perhaps our complaint team could help you with that, even though it is really hard with casinos that have such a low safety index. Just let us know.

I was going to signup until I discovered the issue, thought it would be in gurus interests to have correct casino license details for the casinos it endorses especially given it lists the casino as verified.
