Hello, has anyone here ever had a problem with the registration? I am accused of having made my registration wrong because I did not enter the country where I come from in the field "country" or country. Or my nationality. Unfortunately, the support didn't suggest a solution. I have pointed out that I have submitted all my Italian documents and have provided evidence that I live in Germany as an Italian. Continued to be comforted, and not very nice at that. As an answer to my questions in the chat, whether there is finally something new since verification, the answer is still pending. Nothing else.
I even sent my proof of address, bank statement, everything when I verified. I hope we can find a solution.

Ich habe darauf hingewiesen das ich meine italienischen Dokumente alle eingereicht habe, und habe Beweise erbracht das ich als Italienerin in Deutschland lebe. Werde weiterhin getröstet, und das nicht gerade nett. Als Antwort auf meine Fragen im Chat, ob es denn seit Verifizierung endlich was neues gibt, kommt nur still pending. Nicht anderes.
Ich habe bei der Verifizierung sogar meine adressnachweise geschickt, mein Bankkonto Auszug, alles. Ich hoffe wir koennen eine Lösung finden.

I submitted the documents for verification at the end of February. Today is March 15th, that says it all, doesn't it? After submitting my documents, I got a message from beemcasino asking me to upload a German ID as I entered Germany in the country field on the site, but I don't have a German ID as I have Italian citizenship. Nevertheless, I live in Germany! The beemcasino site has had my Italian ID card since the end of February. Now I am comforted that the finance department has to review this case because I did not enter Italy in this field! But I live in Germany why do I have to enter Italy? Thanks for your help.
Die Dokumente zur Verifizierung habe ich schon Ende Februar eingereicht. Heute ist der 15.03 das sagt schon alles oder? Nachdem ich meine Dokumente eingereicht habe, bekam ich eine Nachricht von beemcasino, mit der Bitte ich soll einen deutschen Ausweis hochladen, da ich auf der Seite im Feld country Germany eingegeben habe, ich habe aber keinen deutschen Ausweis, da ich die italienische Staatsangehorigkeit habe. Dennoch lebe ich in Deutschland! Meine italienischen Personalausweis hat die Seite beemcasino schon seit Ende Februar. Jetzt werde ich damit getröstet das die finanzabteilung diesen Fall überprüfen muss, weil ich in diesem Feld nicht Italy eingetragen habe! Aber ich wohne in Deutschland warum muss ich Italien eingeben? Danke fuer Ihre Hilfe.

Wenn es so ist, wie das casino es sagt. Das man in diesem Feld das Land der Nationalität eingeben muss, dann hätte ich doch automatisch auch eine italienische Straße und PLZ eingeben muessen? Diese kann ich aber definitiv nicht erbringen, da ich ja in Deutschland nunmal lebe!

You should have entered Italy because you are still an Italian citizen - even if you live in Germany. But this problem should be solved the moment you provided your ID.
I mean if you provided all necessary documents, the casino should be able to verify you, no matter the country field you filled earlier. We all can put a wrong country unintentionally, so it should not be so big a deal.
Honestly, I think that maybe they are overwhelmed at the moment and the staff is not in the best shape. 🙂

I feel the same way. I have uploaded all the required documents that the casino needs. Regardless of what was entered in the profile, everyone can make mistakes. Especially things if you have already entered Germany in several casinos in this field. I hope beemcasino finds a species-appropriate solution. And that I get my money. Das sehe ich genau so. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Dokumente die das casino benötigt,hochgeladen. Unabhängig davon was im Profil eingegeben wurde, jeder kann Fehler machen. Vorallem Dinge wenn man in etlichen casinos schon in diesem Feld Deutschland eingegeben hat. Ich hoffe das beemcasino findet eine artgerechte Lösung. Und das ich mein Geld bekomme. I got the 7000 NOK that Beem owed me, and even if the payout took more than a week later than they have stated in their terms that it was supposed to do I`m happy. I have since discovered that I was not playing with "bonus money" when I won most of the total 14000 that I requested that they should pay me. I had wagered through the deposit and the bonus amount in full so I`ll ask them for an explanation on what.
I would in any case not recommend the casino due to their capping on winnings when playing with bonus money. I have verified accounts at so many casinos that I don`t need to deposit without getting a deposit bonus without maximum payout limitations. As a rule, I only play with bonuses active from whatever casino that offered me a bonus.
I guess that Beem Casino is an ok outfit - they did pay me, so if you have patience to wait and are happy with relatively low RTPs and a 10x capping on any winnings - go ahead. I`ll stick to my regular casinos in the future.

Yes, a complaint has already been filed. Today the beem casino replied to my review. They listed their privacy policy again for me. On this is now suddenly in point C) nationality. But on their site, in the privacy policy (and I have a screenshot of that now).. it says country. Nothing to read about nationality or citizenship. Let's see 🙂
Ja genau, Beschwerde ist schon eingereicht. Heute hat das beem casino auf meine Bewertung geantwortet. Sie haben mir deren Datenschutzbestimmungen nochmal aufgelistet. Auf dieser steht jetzt ploetzlich im Punkt C) Staatsangehorigkeit. Auf deren Seite aber, in den Datenschutzbestimmungen, (und davon habe ich jetzt auch Screenshot).. steht Land. Nichts von Nationalität oder Staatsangehorigkeit zu lesen. Mal sehen 🙂

This 10 x deposit cap is acceptable when applied to bonus funds. I just want to make clear that it is not ok when applied to the player's real money, which is not the case here.
