Bdmbet casino which also contains sports betting after asking for a bunch of documents (in my opinion unjustified for a betting site) that I uploaded and sent anyway now after validating the account they cancel my withdrawal requests without a reason or with absurd excuses (such as asking for dividends as if I were a shareholder of a company but then WHY). IN SHORT THEY TAKE THE MONEY WHEN IT COMES TO DEPOSITING BUT REFUSE TO PAY THE WINNINGS!!!!!!! DOES ALL THIS SEEMS NORMAL TO YOU????? DRAW THE CONSEQUENCES I AM ABOUT TO CONTACT A LAWYER TO PROTECT MY POSITION!

I've never heard of such a thing being asked of a player by a casino before. Have you asked them why they need it? But it seems to me that when they ask for it, the verification is not yet complete and it is common and common that if the process is not successful, the money cannot be withdrawn.

Maybe! It's like going to a betting shop and placing a bet and winning and they don't give you the money but they start asking for absurd things!

I asked my colleagues and they said that this is quite normal and that the casino can ask for such things. Apparently they want to verify the source of funds and deposits from what I have seen, so it is supposedly common. I was a bit confused by what you wrote before about some shareholdings in the company because I have not come across that before but if they need to verify it, they will need to send it. Without successful verification you will not be able to withdraw the money. 

So try to send it to them because you won't get the money without it and I don't think even a lawyer would help you in that situation.

Well, some things casinos do as a scam. Often it is that they ask for big deposits, the bonuses are awfully high, and there are a lot of wins and almost no losses. 

But this is not the case and you don't have to deposit anything, they just ask you for documents. I think it's because of the AML that ChatGPT told you. 

If you don't want to provide that to the casino, then you probably won't get anything. Verification is necessary and the casino has to be sure that they also have an honest man's credentials. Unfortunately, there's no better way to do it because it's an online world.
