based on a questionnaire they asked me to fill out and which I stupidly filled out, they are asking for a notarial document certifying the sale to my sister of half of the house inherited from my parents

Believe me, I sent all the documents they asked for verification (apart from an absurd document that has nothing to do with a sports betting site) both of the identity and credit cards as well as the proof of funds (which I don't see why they ask for) but there is nothing to be done!
