So, submit a new complaint, please - try to explain the situation in our own words do NOT paste in any automated translations or scripts.

The related communication kindly provide after the complaint is reviewed. This should work.

I just wanted to say that, I would avoid any special offers presented on Telegram or other social media, as you can see this is not something we can evaluate. The Internet is full of rogue affiliates and other sorts of money-victim-seeking people.

Always communicate only by official casino chat + take screenshots, and save any official emails.

Anyway tons of casinos state in their general rules that it is the player who should keep his/her login credentials in safety, so those can't be abused. 🙁

This player most likely ran into preventative bonus abuse measures by BC.game and then got scammed by someone on tele who was phishing.... bcgames.fun (<-- not legit) is NOT associated with BC.game (<-- legit) or one of their mirror site such as bc.fun (<-- legit)


On the flipSide, whoever scammed you, prob couldn't withdraw either
