Radka,

Nothing to date; my correspondence trail with them probably runs a full 4-5 pages of text, and would be worthy of a posted article, but I'm not going to waste anymore time on it. As far as I am concerned, this is an integrity issue, and they have failed. Add'l research (again, which I'm won't pursue anymore) clearly indicates operating offshore as they do - with multiple locations - allows them to confuse, delay or dismiss genuine customer concerns, and is very disingenuous.

If they were solely operating within U.S. borders, I'd be after them via BBB, other forums (actually, I hd already done that). Since they are esconced in 'neutral' operating areas, such as the NL Antilles, they have built-in buffers to get through. Not worth any more of my time, other than if I am requested to review/rank them, I DO know where I'd rank them in order of online gaming quality/responsiveness/reputation... Not wasting any more time or breath in dealing with them. But............Is there such a ranking as a NEGATIVE 5-Stars...???...!!! R/Mike C.

They 'delved' into their Terms & Conditions - the hubble-bubble of legalease that accompanies these types of online (and every other transaction) you can think of. There responses were all 'fluff'......... Note: If I thought it was worth it, would've passed to my oldest daughter, who's a seasoned lawyer. They are not worth it. Mike C.

Radka (please also pass to compatriots Zeeeeeee1987 & Hafsat at your site);

Got yet another half-hearted response from Lucky Creek earlier today - then gave them a rather direct response tonight (Tuesday, October 25, 2022). Without any email notice to me, Lucky Creek quite recently processed the requested withdrawal into my bank account, as should have happened MONTHS ago.

The 'gotcha' from them: I PAID to participate in US Dollars, and was FINALLY 'reimbursed' in Canadian Dollars - a significant percentage decrement. On a five-star rating scale, I'd now rate them with ........ less than one star on a five-star rating scale. They have wasted my time (as well as their own time and resources) on what should have been a simple transaction. Many would have given up, but, I am consistent and forthright, so was not going to let them off the hook.

At this point, I don't care about the $$ decrement (which may have been a part of their overall business strategy). I was finally provided the requested withdrawal. Note: I'm sure they accrued interest on the funds being held in abeyance.....

Thx, Casino Gurus Folks - out here..!! Mike C.

Hello Mike,

You're right, better let it all go and focus on the present. Especially, in this case, I'm sure it's the best decision.

I'm not a lawyer myself, but still, I understand the principle described, well, maybe it's time to find yourself a more suitable casino or stop playing.

It should be about fun, not a crusading campaign, I say.

I think my previous reply can be applied here as well, so just warm greetings to you and your lovely family. 🙂
