Casino operated by PENNYTECH HOLDING BV despite being declared another fictitious company not operating since 2021: TIC TAC TOE BV. Until last month, the aforementioned company also managed PLAYZAX CASINO', now closed, a casino known for not paying winnings to its customers, whose related site www.playzax-real.com/en/ until recently redirected to www. atlantisslots.com (another new casino recently opened). For this reason I will shortly open a complaint against this company with a request for payment of the amount still due and present in the gaming account unilaterally closed by these gentlemen some time ago (approximately Euro 2,600.00) . I also underline how STERINVEST SE (a company of CARAMBOLA SRO) provided for the payments of both Casino Intense and Playzax Casino (I have a bank transfer receipt of an initial down payment received at the time from this company) being affiliated with the Intensive Affiliates program, subsequently the management of Playzax Casino was sold to Pennytech Holding BV before its definitive closure (see the attached screenshots) therefore the latter still owes me the balance of the game account that was never paid (as indeed publicly announced by them in the complaint opened some time ago which was never followed by the payment due):

Casinò gestito dalla PENNYTECH HOLDING BV nonostante fosse dichiarata altra società fittizia non operante dal 2021: la TIC TAC TOE BV. La suddetta società fino allo scorso mese gestiva anche PLAYZAX CASINO' ad oggi chiuso, casinò noto per non pagare le vincite ai propri clienti, il cui relativo sito www.playzax-real.com/en/ fino a poco tempo fa reindirizzava su www.atlantisslots.com (altro nuovo casinò aperto di recente). Per tale motivo aprirò a breve un reclamo contro tale società con la richiesta del pagamento di quanto ancora dovuto e presente nel conto gioco chiuso unilateralmente da questi signori tempo addietro ( circa euro 2.600,00 ). Sottolineo inoltre come STERINVEST SE (società di CARAMBOLA SRO) provvedeva ai pagamenti sia di Casino Intense che di Playzax Casinò (ho tanto di ricevuta del bonifico di un primo acconto ricevuto a suo tempo da tale società) essendo affiliata al programma Intensive Affiliates, successivamente la gestione di Playzax Casinò è stata ceduta alla Pennytech Holding BV prima della sua definitiva chiusura (vedasi gli screenshot in allegato) pertanto quest'ultima rimane comunquesia debitrice nei miei confronti del saldo conto gioco mai liquidato (come del resto anunciato pubblicamente da loro stessi nel reclamo aperto tempo addietro a cui non ha mai fatto seguito il pagamento dovuto):
