file How do we lodge complaints?

I have stumbled upon yet another one of those site that is a facebook group. A friend found it and played free money and won over $40 K.

The casino is jackpot88casino.online

This casino requires a $100 package and gives an email account as to where to send the money. He was very curious after hearing my story and wanted to see what happens if he deposited the money

He sent $100 to the address given by the customer service representative. When he didnt hear anything he contacted the casino and was told he sent the money to the mangers account not the casinos account .

When asked about getting the manager to return the money he was told that was not possible. They will not answer his messages.

Just click on your picture and click file complaint. Please do so. This casino needs to be shut down.

Wow. It just gets better with every complaint. You should have your friend come here and file a complaint.

This doesn't sound well to me at all, really.

May I ask if it is some kind of social casino, or how did you find it?

You have done the right thing to submit a complaint. Please do not deposit any money there, for sure. Our complaints team will have a better look into the situation as soon as possible.🙏

Unfortunately, these casinos are not safe, and we really don't know how they work. That is the reason we don't have them on our website as well.

Try to avoid them completely and play at better and safter casinos.

If you need any help, don't hesitate to write to us.

Hi. There is an add on Facebook sadly and I'm not paying them a dime but sadly keeping an eye out for any unauthorized information or spam in my email. I've been hacked before so I generally keep all things secure as much as possible. Thanks for looking into it.

Just try to avoid this kind of casino as much as possible, please. They really are not safe, and if some issue unfolds, there won't be anyone able to help, unfortunately.🤷‍♀️

Have you browsed the casinos on our site yet? Here you can find some 👈 and hopefully you'll find a casino where you will feel well.

Write us about it whenever you do so, please. 😉

Hi!! So I've read the posts about Vegas Jackpot Hub and each question I have is addressed by one or more, so if I may, has there been any change in anyone's case?

No change here, and I doubt there's been a change with anyone else's accounts. The casino is an obvious scam job.

So let me tell you now that this company vegasjackpothub.com just sent me an email welcoming me to I the site and that I had a withdraw available in the amount of 6959.26. Funny thing is, that is the exact amount another scam site had let me win a then refused to cash me out of after they got me for the $55 that I sent via Bitcoin. I have hours of conversation logs over the course of the last several weeks with these pricks. However, last night I did digging into their licence, wich the are promoting to be licensed by Gaming Curacao, a game licensing agent that was shut down in August of this year and the coverage of any sub license were also to be null and void for any of those casinos operating under it and if they continue to operate it would be considered illegal and fraudulent. Not knowing that I had already screen shot this info, the provided me with a screenshot of their license which is no longer in effect. The name of this casino is www elitewincasino.com and once I showed them my screenshots and demanded a refund, or I was going to report them, not only did I not get my refund but they send me an email from another platform mocking me, telling me in can withdraw that amount there too. I believe it is aimed at showing me that they have many and it will do no good to report them. Someone needs to find where you this operation is being held and send in an illegitimate swat team to handle this however they please. If they can literally rob us with no consequences, why should we follow the rules. If anyone ever EVER has a chance to prosecute the terrible people please reach out to me as I have all the proof and dates that you could ever want.

I would like very much to at least get my $55 back. I wonder if there are enough of us to all file together?

Please be very careful and avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to help in this case as our hands are tied.

Let me know what casinos you know of that do pay. Romi says to be careful and avoid them but I wish they'd show up at my door....it's ridiculous. You should see the conversation. At one point they said it wasn't mistake made by one of their employees and that they are going to fine that employee. It's unreal
