The matter is obviously related to sports betting and a breach of rules governing it, which is a kind of issue we currently do not handle; you did not make a bet in the casino section

Although we will not look into it in more detail due to the previous point - there are likely more linked accounts that committed the same as your disputed account

I don't think that wagering is the same as playing a certain section of the casino. I can wager any of the games they offer and see how the casino behaves, which is what I saw and realized that the casino is trying to deceive me and take my money.

Is that what the casino asked you to do to get the bad review down? Pretty poor I'd say if they have to do that. I knew your account was blocked but the casino should explain why that happened. But when they don't answer you anywhere that's also pretty sad news and nobody will learn much from ans in that way.

I don't know what rating they are in and i can complain about them, but you can contact them, because they answer you, I think the incident here is no longer about the bets, since I made 1 choice, but about the return of my funds

however, if they raise the issue of deleting my review again, I will not agree to do this, since this is the pure truth about their work

yes, there is stupidity there, 1 bet on sports allegedly caused a violation of the rules - what an absurdity. I would ask them for data on what actually caused such a decision

Don't gamble with these people, they don't give a flying fuck about responsible gambling. I asked to have my account self-excluded permanently several times and each time they re-open it and I lose more money.

I doubt it'd matter, I mostly bet sports and I don't have evidence I self-excluded, as I did that by chat and I didn't make screenshots, deeming it unnecessary. It'd just be a waste of time, just warning others not to gamble here.
