I can see that your complaint is waiting to be reviewed now, so please wait until one of our first responders gets back to you and informs you what to do next.

I just received an email from this casino claiming someone won $90,000 from a $.45 cent bet on Big Bass splash 1000. Thats impossible, the maximum win in this game is 25000x, which would be $11250. I received several identical emails from the sister sites as well. Pretty ridiculous these casinos are making up wins that aren't even possible to take our money.file

Hmm, that’s actually pretty interesting. Out of curiosity, have you tried asking the live chat or telling them how that’s possible when the highest possible win is what you mentioned?

Absolutely I did and they just said they would forward it to the appropriate department. I also told them that I received identical emails from their sister sites and they didn't care. Where I live and probably lots of places this would be illegal, misrepresenting wins, and false advertising. The only reasonable explanation is that the person won $90,000 with a $45 bet, not a $.45 bet. I think this is ridiculous and I would never trust a website that lies so brazenly without anyone double checking stuff. Like the max win is 9x less than what they say.

You've noticed something quite interesting. I doubt they'll come back to you and admit it was a mistake or anything like that. But it's definitely good to be aware of what you're describing. I believe other players will keep this in mind if they read this and play there. 🙂

Now they are sending emails like this.

file But when you click on the email it says you need to deposit. This website and it's sister sites are a scam.

On the contrary, I would say that these are standard emails that casinos send out, so I don’t see anything unusual about them.

I have withdrawn €1500 since 07/04 from Allyspin and to date (25/04) the money has not been deposited.

Support responds daily with the same automated messages, without providing:

Transaction ID

Payment confirmation

Specific completion date

They inform me that "they don't know when the payment will be made", which I find unacceptable after so many days.

I have already initiated a process through the bank and will file complaints with the competent authorities.

Attention to those considering using the platform — I am having a serious problem with withdrawals.

That is a really long time to wait for your winnings, for sure.

May I ask if your account is already verified and if you have made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

Our complaint team will review your case as soon as possible and inform you about any next steps.

Hi how can I get my money out of the site 2 consecutive withdrawals cancelled by them due to a so called technical problem. Is there any way to get my winnings out of that site

Hi, if they're having technical issues, I'd try to be patient for a bit. What exactly are they having trouble with, the payment method or something else? How long have you been waiting for the money?

I feel like the withdrawal request hasn't even gotten to the processing stage and they're saying there's a problem with the payment service. I made my first withdrawal request on 21.5 and their processing time is 3 days, 3 times when the 3 days are up the withdrawal has been cancelled

I posted more information about the problems in the message thread, we'll see if the same thing happens again when withdrawals are pending.

Hello, I understand this is inconvenient. I browsed this thread and found more players from the same country with more or less the same description. I guess we can be optimistic because, the way I understand the matter, there is not a particular problem with the casino itself. Not sure what message thread you meant but we can continue following the payout here.

I hope it won't take long; keep us posted.

What should I do if the money doesn't start showing up? This is my first withdrawal from that casino and I've asked if I need to submit any documents, but they don't think I need to. I'll just wait. Yesterday I submitted another withdrawal request, so it should be processed in 2 days.

I understand the concern; on the other hand casio confirms there is no need for KYC and as far as I could conclude, everything seems to be in order with your withdrawal, so I suggest we wait for the outcome. As you can see in this thread, some payouts were delayed, but the money arrived.

Your withdrawals may be without any problem; therefore, I suggest we stay in touch to see what comes next, ok?

Hi, today the first withdrawal came to the account, I changed to a different payment method and the withdrawal request took 2 days to arrive. There are still 3 withdrawals pending, let's see if they also arrive.

And yet another withdrawal canceled by the payment provider, what the hell is this?

I see, so in other words there are no obvious complications; instead, some withdrawals did not make it through.

Could be related to a specific payment method, but I agree that the casino should lend you a hand and come up with suggestions or better say, instructions. You are not supposed to keep trying on your own, I'd say.

So, has the support come with anything useful thus far?

It's been pretty bad that I haven't received any help and when I sent an email about it they claimed that I cancelled the withdrawals myself, I corrected the matter and said that everyone has cancelled on their behalf 3 days after the withdrawal, I had to send many emails about this issue too. They haven't said anything about trying another payment method. Again 2 withdrawals were cancelled and I have to start the waiting process all over again. This is very frustrating
