Oh, I wish the support would actually help you resolve this... I'm still wondering whether it would be best to try a different method; perhaps I'm wrong, but to me it seems that you have been trying the same one over again. If that brings no result, I would try something else. I would either ask the casino about recommended steps or directly suggest providing an alternative payment option. I know it's weird that you have to figure out the situation on our own, so I leave that as an idea here.
