I am new to AllySpin, I managed to accumulate a large amount of money in real money bets, on 23/02 I was able to withdraw the maximum daily withdrawal (500Eur) and since then I have not been able to make any type of withdrawal, I get the error: The withdrawal limit has been reached. And from that date until today I have been contacting the Live Chat to help me with my case, I have requested manual withdrawals from the financial department but I notice that there is no change because the advisors only know how to tell me: We have escalated your case to the relevant department, I am patiently waiting for the confirmation email. I hope you can help me withdraw what I have left in this casino, which is around 1000Euro. I have even sent 2 emails to support that are already 10 days and 6 days old, but they do not respond to anything.

Soy nuevo en AllySpin, logre acumular una gran cifra en jugadas realizadas con dinero real, el día 23/02 pude retirar su maximo de reintegro al día (500Eur) desde esa fecha no puedo realizar ningun tipo de retiro me sale el error: Se ha alcanzado el limite de retiro. Y desde esa fecha hasta el día de hoy vengo comunicandome con el Chat en vivo que me ayuden con mi caso, he pedido retiros manuales por parte del departamento financiero pero noto que no hay ningun cambio porque lo asesores solo saben decirme: Hemos elevado tu caso al departamento pertinente, espero con paciencia el correo de confirmación. Espero que me puedan ayudar a poder retirar lo que me queda en este casino lo cual son alrededor de 1000Euro. Inclusive he enviado 2 correo al soporte que ya tienen una antiguedad de hace 10 días y 6 días, pero no responden a nada.

I currently have an open complaint on this page about the casino. It is the first time that this has happened to me, previously I was only able to withdraw 1900Pen once but since that date I have not been able to make any withdrawals. On Saturday I tried the option to withdraw in Dogecoin as it allowed me to withdraw 50Pen, on Sunday it was rejected, poor in another Crypto currency and it was also rejected. And this is where I question myself. The finance department has time to reject my withdrawals of just 50Pen, but since they do not respond to my emails that I sent weeks ago, as they do not respond to the manual withdrawal requests that I requested through the advisors. I currently have 4000Pen and I only want to withdraw the amount indicated. The withdrawal problem that they do not solve I have had since 24/02

Actualmente tengo una queja abierta en esta página sobre el casino. Es la primera vez que me pasa, anteriormente solo pude retirar una vez 1900Pen pero desde esa fecha no puedo hacer ningún retiro . El día sábado probé la opción de retirar en Dogecoin ya que me permitía retirar 50Pen, el día domingo fue rechazado, pobre en otra Crypto moneda y también fue rechazado. Y aquí es donde me cuestionó. El departamento de finanzas tienen tiempo para rechazar mis retiros de apenas 50Pen, pero como no responde mis correo que envié hace semanas, como no responden las peticiones de retiro manuales que pedí a través de los asesores. Actualmente tengo 4000Pen y solo deseo retirar el monto indica. El problema de retiro que no solucionan lo tengo desde la fecha 24/02
