I report ALLYSPIN CASINO as an unreliable site, after withdrawals cancelled by them for technical reasons, after waiting 10 days still no payment, I cancel because their promise to remind the financial department declared in chat and email over 30 times have led to nothing, no payment.
I try again to request payment and another 9 days have passed, no payment, the holidays are approaching and more days will pass but, I'm exhausted, I don't feel like asking anymore, I understand that they don't pay, they will probably close my account and money, who knows after this post.
I have the idea that they induce you to give up, burn your account and goodbye to deposits and winnings, we are talking about very modest winnings.
I strongly advise against dealing with this mess, this is my real experience.

They did not explain the technical reason (first withdrawal attempt), the problem is two:
1: they don't pay even after 10 calendar days and therefore after exceeding their 5 working days (if there are holidays nearby it could become 20 days or more, who knows?)
2: On the site they officially state that payment is made within 3 working days, in chat they state at least 5 days.
on the site they declare that the counting of working days starts from the day of the withdrawal request, in chat they declare from the following day.
In essence there is no real communication, what is said is never confirmed by the facts, the facts are that they are in default, they do not respect what is written, they do not pay.
Their pleas to a fateful finance department fall on deaf ears.
A mess to avoid because I have never seen professionalism and correctness!
Anyway now the winning for me is virtual money like a computer game or a demo, I'm not interested in fighting with a windmill anymore.

1 : non pagano nemmeno dopo 10 giorni di calendario e quindi superati i loro 5 giorni lavorativi ( se ci sono feste vicine potrebbero diventare 20 giorno o piu' chi lo puo' sapere ?)
2: nel sito dichiarano ufficialmente che il pagamento avviene entro 3 giorni lavorativi, in chat sono dichiarati almeno 5 giorni.
nel sito dichiarano che il conteggio dei giorno lavorativi avviene dal giorno di richiesta prelievo, in chat dichiarano dal giorno successivo.
In buona sostanza non esiste una comunicazione reale, quanto viene detto non è mai confermato dai fatti, i fatti sono che sono inadempienti, non rispettano quanto scritto, non pagano.
I loro solleciti ad un fatidico dipartimento finanziario cadono nel vuoto totale.
Un casino da evitare perchè di professionalità e correttezza non ne ho vista mai !
Comunque ora la vincita per me sono soldi virtuali come un giochino per computer o una demo, non sono piu' interessato a combattere con un mulino a vento.

Hi, i to am waiting on my withdrawal to be "processed". I initiated my withdrawal 10 days ago with no change to it processing status as of yet. I make contact with live chat and their support team everyday just yo be told the same generic "experiencing large withdrawal requests" and my withdrawal has now been prioritised just to have no change to its status. The website clearly states all withdrawals will be processed in 3 business days but there seems to be continual complaints about withdrawals taking longer or being cancelled all together? How is this right?
