It's unacceptable... This is a horrible experience. How does gurucasino have this casino with such a good rating??? They don't pay anyone on time!!! They have very low daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits. The chat is useless, it says nothing, it just gives standard answers. I wonder how gurucasino maintains this opinion of this casino. Sometimes I think that your opinions are simply used to get customers through your link so that you can profit from it as an affiliate... Sometimes I don't see any other explanation.

When the casino stops solving problems that arise for players, then I believe the safety index will change. For now, however, it is what it is based on what you see here.

Hi, so the casino didn't tell you anything about what the problem is in the last document, right? They often want to see various things on the proof of payment, so did you try to ask what was wrong, but without success?

Hello, initially my profile stated I didn't need to verify my account. Then, after winning €5,000 – my first win of that amount – I had these problems. First, it said I didn't need to verify, then I withdrew €500 three times, which has been pending since November 3rd. Then, days later, I suddenly had to verify my account. Everything was confirmed except for proof of payment from my bank card and credit card. I've written countless emails without receiving any response about what's wrong with the document, and the live chat hasn't provided any help from various departments either. I've emailed Allyspin Casino. At first, they requested proof of payment from September/October, and from my credit card between October 25th, 2025, and November 25th, 2025. I uploaded and sent it via email, and then suddenly my profile still shows September and October. They still want proof of payment from my credit card, but now the second proof of payment date is different: October 25th, 2025, to November 25th, 2025. They want to see the period from October 10th, 2010 to November 10th, 2010, as stated in my profile, but I've only been registered there for about 4-6 months. In the email, they wrote that they only want to see the period from October and from October 10th, 2025 to November 10th, 2025. This is a very contradictory statement. Furthermore, I haven't received a single one of the three outstanding payments; it's been pending since November 3rd. I'm also not verified because of the payment verification process, as they said I would only receive a payment once I was verified.

If you send it to them and everything is as they want it to be in terms of the date, I don't understand what the problem could be.

Have you tried to find out if it's in the right format or if the only problem is the time stamp?

I don't think it should be as difficult as the casino is making it out to be, and you shouldn't have to wait over a month for something so simple. 

Therefore, if you can't solve it yourself and no one is responding, as I mentioned, the casino will soon be called in for a complaint.

When I contact live chat support, they don't tell me what the problem is. Sometimes I get pre-written messages, and sometimes it feels like I'm chatting with a bot and I don't get any answers to my questions. But in the email, they wrote something different: they only want October, plus October 25, 2025 to November 25, 2025. But my profile shows 2010 as the date, which I wasn't even registered for then, plus October and November. The email, however, only asks for October and the 25th. If it were due to the format, then I wouldn't have been able to upload it to my profile at all, I think. I'm sure I sent the correct documents. What I should also mention is that I played at several online casinos on those days and didn't know which proof of payment was the correct one, so I sent all of them from that day with the amount I had.

I think you are being consistent and trying hard. I don't understand why the casino can't help you in this situation and clearly explain what the problem is. If they can't even say which time period they need to see on the statement, and you have two different options or more, I'm not surprised that you probably don't know what to send either. 

With a problem like this, I would expect more interest from the casino, because if no one is talking to you and you're just getting the same answers over and over again, or answers that are irrelevant, it doesn't help much. 

Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it, but as I mentioned, another resolver is dealing with the complaint, and I believe they will fight it out with you. 

You'll just have to be patient, as it's the holiday season and there are quite a few complaints. 

But I believe it will be resolved.

Thanks, but I'm not so sure anymore. If the withdrawals have been processed since November 3rd, will I ever actually receive a payout? And in my last email to Allyspin Casino, I only received the reply that they don't have agents who speak your native language. It really seems to me as if the casino is deliberately trying to delay things, either so I gamble the money away again and they don't have to pay it out, or it's just a misunderstanding.

Player verification must always be completed in order for the casino to pay out your money, so if you have a problem and it hasn't been resolved yet, that's why you don't have your money yet.
