Good evening.. I won 21000€ and the withdrawals I made were 500€ a day after 3 to 4 days the money entered my account normally... but because the withdrawal was small it made me play again so I finally took out 15000€

In reality, the casino's user reviews are negative, even though its Safety Index is comparatively high. As a result, the casino is safe and fairly equitable to play at. Needless to mention, the user reviews are more than one year old, so I would not take this user feedback very seriously.

I would say that you might be happy there, but of course it depends on many factors. Perhaps a no deposit bonus or a lower deposit would be enough for you to test the site a bit and consider whether it is worth of your time and money. 🙂

I have been waiting for my money for almost 4 weeks now.

I won €4000 with them (Alf Casino). I then wanted to withdraw €2000. The first €500 went without verification, the other €1500 would only go once my account was verified.

I play at a number of casinos, but I've never had to deal with all the documents they ask for. I quickly uploaded everything. A few days later, they rejected me, without giving me a reason. I was told via chat that I should wait a few more days.

For complete verification, the only thing missing is proof of the transaction, i.e. bank statements. It was rejected again and again, and when I asked, I was told that they must not have been processed. (I have bookings) blacked out and that they have nothing to do with them.

They wanted statements for the period November 7, 2024 - December 7, 2024, which I then uploaded UNEDITED as requested in order to finally get my money. Today it was rejected again and a different period was chosen... They now want statements for November 15, 2024 - December 15, 2024.

I have a few screenshots. (Chat histories and the fact that they want bank statements with a different time period afterwards)

This is really a disgrace. Maybe someone can help me.

Update: the deposit was made with my Revolut account, I had already sent all the bank statements, now they also want the bank statements from the account with which I topped up my Revolut account.

I am really shocked and am considering taking legal action.

This whole verification process must really be a nerve-wracking one, I believe you.

But the most important thing is to fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the documents, which have to be in the right format and of good quality as well.

Many times this is the reason the documents get rejected, you know.

So, try to provide all of them first, and if you see that you are going in circles, please let us know, and together we will try to communicate with the casino through a complaint.

Verification started on December 10th. They always want new things.

You seem to have been having difficulties for a while. Maybe knowing which new documents you are expected to submit and why some were rejected will provide some hints.

Can you run a bit of recapitulation, please? Maybe we can think of something.

At the time, I deposited money at the casino using Revoult (credit card). I uploaded the complete bank statements. They were accepted after three weeks.

Now you want to know how I deposited money into my own Revolut account. I did it with Apple Pay at the time and therefore don't have a bank statement. I have the deposit from the transaction, which I have uploaded several times on their website or sent to them by email.

It's really catastrophic how they treat you. If you pay in money everything is fine and it goes away immediately but as soon as you want to withdraw something they keep you waiting for weeks/months.

I don't even get a reason for the rejection; as soon as you accept something, they come with new demands.

For a long time I had hope that this could be resolved, but now we are going around in circles.

Still haven't managed to resolve anything with the casino and need to verify your payment from apple pay to revolut? I understand that's the problem now? Isn't it possible to get a statement from it if you also went to the bank and asked?

New requirements kept cropping up. I've been registered at around 15-20 different casinos for several years now, but I've never had problems like this.!!!

My guess is that since I only deposited €70 at this casino and immediately won €2000, they tried to string me along so that I could lose the money I had won.

There has been an update since yesterday, all documents have now been accepted but I am still not verified. When I asked in the chat, I was told that it could take another 3 working days until the verification is complete.

Well that's a good step forward, we'll have to wait and see if everything will be alright and when you're verified, I guess it won't be a problem to withdraw the money anymore. 

So please let me know when the casino gives you the green light and you're verified, I'll be curious to see if everything goes smoothly from then on.
