On Tuesday they told me it would take three more days for the verification, today three days have passed! As I had already thought, they want bank statements from November and December again. This increasingly confirms the suspicion that they are scammers and are trying to play for time.

I can only advise everyone not to deposit anything there.

I hope someone can help me here in the forum. I will also pass this on to my lawyer.

I browsed how palyers comment on the casino plus a few complaints, and to me it seems like the casino is a bit disorganized and innaficient. Despite having all the positives of fair rules and any other qualities, while dealing with players, they lose. User feedback is bad.

So, in light of this, I think the lawyer won't help you much, but if they fail to resolve that in 14 full days total, you may instead submit a free of charge complaint through our Resolution Center. All submitted and valued complaints have been resolved so far. What do you think?
