Hmm, I saw that the first two withdrawals went through but not the next one. I'd probably recommend a re-complaint at this point since you're waiting 4 weeks. That's quite a lot, so I guess there's nothing else to do.
Also, did they tell you why they haven't sent the money yet ?
Do you think you'll go ahead and open a complaint again ?
Hey there! Anything on your mind? Do you perhaps need some help?
We are here, don't worry.
These clowns have a new sister casino, MegaMedusa.com. Do not sign up at this site.
A Big Candy, however, did process 2 of my withdrawals, after gambling away 70% of my winnings that I was waiting for over 6 months for. So there is a metric they look at, if you win too much, they will stall payments until that metric comes into favor with them. Then they will pay you little by little.
Nevertheless, you may just want to try gambling away a little bit of your winnings, and maybe they will process the withdrawal of whatever is left. This is for those who have been waiting months for their withdrawal. Not a good way of doing business, but possibly a way to avoid not getting paid anything at all.
Stay away from this entire group.
Edited as I misspelled the domain name of the casino.
Hi, thanks for the info.
Regarding the situation you described, I'm sorry if it's really like that. Waiting half a year for your money is not pleasant and if it happened to me once I would never play in a casino again. Losing a large part of my money to get at least something is a pyrrhic victory and I would be very sad.
You did get some money, but it has nothing to do with fairness. I hope you don't come across anything like this again in the future.
Thank you Jaro, and thank everyone here at casino.guru for trying to intervene. This is a great service for everyone who plays casino games. I am officially done with this group of casinos. I will continue to spread awareness wherever possible so that others don’t get duped by their tactics.
I'm not surprised at all.
We are also here for you players and we will always try to help you if possible.
The fact that you won't play in casinos in this group anymore is logical to me after your experience, so I'm not blaming you.
I hope that the next experience will only be better.
Hello,
That is weird... i have been playing there for long and they always paid me. I won 1400 AUD this Monday and it was approved the next day and paid on bitcoin on 3rd day as always. The payment team is also responsive quickly, usually in the next hour.
We are glad for your great experience.
Just try next time to use the "reply" button so the user you would like to address your post can get notified. 😉
Well I decided to try this casino.I saw good ratings of 4 star reviews. Well my review is 2.0 becouse I cashed out. They emailed me saying the bitcoin address I gave them was LTC and a lie.It was BTC .so I logged in today and my 165.00 is gone. These guys took it from me.Rep offers me a 38.00 bonus chip since I can't get my withdraw. This site doesn't pay out and they lie like meny others.Im getting sick of casinos that don't pay.A BIG CANDY HAS MADE MY SHIT LIST.
Does this mean that your money is gone?
Would you like to file a complaint so our team can try to help out, perhaps?
Hello,
It is weird they accuse you of giving LTC since they offer only 2 withdrawal options : wire transfer or bitcoin. Did you try sending your bitcoin address screenshot? Why propose you a free bonus after taking your withdrawal out? Did you play with a deposit bonus or a no deposit bonus?
I play there for years and i have always been paid the next days.
Hello,I got an email in my junk folder and it said the bitcoin address was litcoin. When I looked at said btc so I sent a new address. They still claim they never got it and removed it from my account. No I didn't save the email and just said F It I dep 50.00 on a coupon code and made playthrough. Took over 1 day playing on and off.I was told I'd get it in 7-10 days.Well I will see what happends. If I do get it,I will redo my review I left.
Hello,
You can restore a deleted email...
It's weird because they always paid me honestly. I won 1600 AUD last Saturday for example, it was approved this Monday and paid on Tuesday.
I don't understand why they told you so when we can only withdraw with wire transfer or bitcoin, litecoin isn't offered by them for a withdrawal.
I just got what I won on my 50.00 less then what was cashed out.Guess that's becouse it's aud not US funds
Hey everyone I would avoid this casino at all times they don't like to payout wen ya do a withdrawal .
Wen ya contact them about the withdrawal they say it's out of there control once a withdrawall is approved iby the processor team and it should show in my account in the next coming days its been 13 business days and still no sign of money and get told the same thing every time you talk to them on live chat and it's always the same excuse .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS COZ YA WASTING YA MONEY ..
So there is no information about the withdrawal given by email whatsoever?
If you need help, perhaps you should file a complaint so our team can intervene.
What do you say?
Hello Jaro, hi everybody, I’m Pepe. New to the Guru website !
I recently grabbed a $30 nodeposit bonus at A Big Candy Casino, met their 30× wagering requirement, and ended up with $1,100 in my account. When I asked support how to cash out in BTC, they told me I could skip uploading any documents, just make a $30 "verification" deposit in crypto. Yet their official Terms & Conditions clearly state that photo ID and proof of address are mandatory before any withdrawal, and withdrawals won’t even be reviewed without documents and payment details. They also warn about processing fees (up to $40) and weekly withdrawal caps.
Has anyone here successfully withdrawn their winnings by simply making that $30 crypto deposit instead of full KYC? Do you think this is a genuine shortcut? or just another way to lock in players’ money? Would you risk the extra $30, or is it smarter to walk away?
Any real-world experiences or advice would mean a lot. Thanks!
A big candy casino is a scam I now have been blocked of there site and I've not got my money I withdrew either.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
