However, I would like to point out that not all information is completely relevant for user review and it is not necessary to copy bonus conditions and so on. My experience this morning.
25 free spins on candy game. Got my balance up to over $300. Contact live to clarify the terms of my free spins. Was told 20x playthrough. Max cashout $100. No answer to minimum cashout.
Go back to play and try to widdle points down to $100 after figuring it out myself. Chose Krysos Game because it ALWAYS just eats my coins so thought id be a good game to get my credits down to cash out. Raised bet to $5...go to spin...Coins get snatched from my balance bringing me down to $95 mid spin...!! No warning or anything.

I can't assure you that you won't bring attention to your balance by contacting the live support. Especially not in a case when we're talking about $100 dollar. Nobody really cares if you have $100 on your casino account. I just don't understand the part when you say you had $95 and then suddenly $50. If you had any issue with the spin, you should stop playing right there and contact the support. In that case, such spin could be tracked easily since it would be the last one you played.
Minimum withdraw is $100. I had over $360 when the sticky bonus was removed while I was in the middle of a spin Sir. Brought my balance to $95.00 and was never able to get my balance back up to the $100 minimum. What is so hard to understand about that? I explained that fully....
