Yeah I get that, but since I haven’t received the cashout in the timeframe stated in T&C, I feel like this should go both ways and it’d be a fair compensation to waive this rule only for the duration of this one bonus. It’s fine though

Hello, I deposited via mifinity. Now I have won, uploaded everything for verification and also received an email that I am verified. When I then wanted to pay out, no mifinity was available. The chat then informed me that mifinity would not allow any payouts. Ok... And how do I get my money now? I should pay out via bank transfer. Ok... I entered all the data and then wanted to withdraw.
