Is everything resolved by now, please?
Perhaps it is really better for you to stay in casinos within the UKGC, right?

No, after badgering them for a week I’ve finally had my refund request approved…. Although they are now trying to claim that I’ve made £300 in chargebacks. I’ve informed them that all I’m requesting is my £25 deposits sent back to my bank account. And they have informed me that I now need them to process and agree to that… so looking to be another week of dealing with this scamming, corrupt, money laundering casino!
iv learned my lesson and will not be using any casino that isn’t regulated by uk gaming regulators… this post is just a warning for anyone using any casino owned by Hollycorn NV, or licensed under the Curacao Gaming Board! And after reading news reports online the corruption and fraud these companies commit, I will be steering well clear if or when my money is returned!
Fair enough, and thank you for the well-said recommendation to stay within the national regulator's sphere of regulations.

so they’re now requesting a photo of my passport, and both sides of my bank card, which I’ve sent with my security code covered…. But here’s an interesting development….
online news reports state that Hollycorn casinos are run by a network of Russian criminals that use these casinos as scam casinos for cybercrime and money laundering purposes…. Support have slipped in a Russian word by mistake in today. This casino is auto be based in Curacao!
i would like to point out that my posts are in no way just bashing 50 Crowns, Hollycorn N.V. or the Curacao Gaming Board without reason or without first doing my research. None of what I’ve said are false accusations.
here is a link to one site talking about Russian involvement and where I have found some of my evidence.

here are 2 screenshots from this page showing the basic evidence to back up my claims.

Again, this is in no way just random, unwarranted bashing of these companies, I merely wish to warn people to not fall into this trap.
Happy gaming everyone and may the odds be forever in your favour
Hello, I would assume that if the casino (no matter its political or geological background) is not willing to pay out money within a 14 days time frame, it is time to complain.
So, just in case the problem won't be resolved, please come back and consider complaining. A dedicated team monitors the application of rules by casinos and serves as a mediator between players and casinos, often assisting in resolving issues.
They are happy to look into any issues regarding casino rules and fairness.
Thank you for your update. So you actually submitted a refund request. Ok, that, in my opinion, explains the casino action. I got the impression that it was about delayed withdrawal. My bad.
Well, I wish for the situation to end quickly and fairly.
