Sounds like you are really happy with this casino.
What about you providing more details about your experience there?
This way everyone will learn what to expect and look forward to.

Hey, sounds wonderful. Could you possibly present a scenario that demonstrates the exceptional quality of the services? What have you experienced, perhaps? How many and how quickly should withdrawals occur?
Take your time to share more. 😉
Hello.
Could you tell us what exactly the issue is there, please?
Is your account already verified?
Hello. I have a similar problem. I received two transfers to my bank account, each about 500 euros. And since Sunday, I can't make or receive transfers via bank. The only option is crypto. The problem is, I've only use banking, and previous withdrawals also arrived. Chat doesn't help; each time, the explanations are unreliable. I also emailed support, but no response. I even wrote them directly yesterday that if they want to steal this money, they should tell me directly. Why should I be upset? I just have to wait. They couldn't even answer me, whether it's a week or a year.
Do I understand correctly that the casino has informed you that bank transfer is unavailable and offered you crypto instead?
Have they explained the reason for this, though?
Hello. They didn't even inform me of anything. I received two withdrawals to my bank account, and then they completely blocked my ability to transfer and withdraw money to my account through banking. I really dislike this because there's no one there who can explain the problem. The only answer is wait, we are working on it.
Ok, so yesterday I received a message from support chat that the only option for me to withdraw is a crypto transfer🤣🤣🤣 I need to authenticate this payment by topping up my account via crypto for 15e🤣🤣🤣 When I asked why crypto now , not a bank transfer as usual, the answer is no, because no, and that's it, no justification whatsoever. LOL
Hello, on the other hand, it's better to use crypto than to walk away without the money. For example, I can add that when dealing with complaints, we suggest casinos provide crypto transfer specifically to avoid waiting for another payment option to become available again. 🙂
There is certainly an answer, but casinos work on a credit of reliability if you catch my drift. 🙂
Were you able to proceed with using crypto?
I made a deposit through cryptocurrency, and now they're demanding proof of the last 5 payments (4 of which were made through a bank transfer, which they later blocked themselves). Someone has doubts that they're stalling for time to prevent the payout. I'll write more later.
Update. Now they say I can't withdraw anything because my account has to be verified for security purposes. After two previous payments that arrived,
😂😂😂
Ok,...I get what you assume. 😀
The most contradictory point is that all this mess could still kind of make sense, and the casino may be honestly convinced that something needs to be checked because new flags or questions have risen despite you receiving a few withdrawals in the past. It happens very often, but in general no one explains that. So, casinos often do not invest time in explaining internal processes or current developments. From the outside or player perspective, it seems that the casino is trying to find reasons not to pay at all. 😀 And that's perfectly understandable, giving those circumstances.
Well, what can I say? Communication is a great tool to overcome problems; however, this is not how it should work. Agreed.
I truly wish you a quick end to this.
I normally don’t post on forums like this, but I feel I should share my experience with 0x.bet.
Between July 2025 and December 2025, I accumulated winnings of approximately €595,000 while playing Mummyland Treasures.
These winnings were not the result of a single spin or sudden glitch, but built up gradually over a large number of game rounds across multiple days and sessions over several months.
After submitting a withdrawal request on December 11, my balance remained visible in my account. However, on December 31, the entire amount was removed by the casino, with the explanation that it was due to a "technical malfunction."
What concerns me most is the following:
- I have received a direct written confirmation from the game provider, Belatra Games, stating that no technical malfunction, duplicate bets, or irregularities occurred.
- The casino has not provided any verifiable or independently confirmed report from the provider.
- The winnings were accumulated over several months, which does not align with the idea of a single system error.
I am currently in contact with Casino Guru and exploring legal options.
I’m not here to attack anyone, but I do believe players should be aware and ask critical questions when situations like this occur.
If anyone has had similar experiences or insights, I would appreciate hearing them.
It is difficult to understand how a "technical malfunction" could persist unnoticed over several months of continuous gameplay.
Thanks for sharing this in such a calm and detailed way. Situations like this are understandably frustrating, especially given the scale and the time involved.
At the same time, it’s fair to say that from an external perspective, cases like this are rarely as straightforward as they seem. When a casino refers to a "technical malfunction," it doesn’t necessarily mean a single visible glitch during one session. It can also point to deeper issues such as errors in game logic, payout miscalculations, or inconsistencies identified later through data analysis.
The fact that the winnings were built up gradually over several months does raise valid questions, but it doesn’t automatically rule out that kind of issue.
As for the provider’s statement, it’s definitely an important element. At the same time, it’s important to consider whether the casino and the provider are evaluating the exact same dataset and time period, as differences there can sometimes lead to conflicting conclusions.
Going through Casino Guru and exploring legal options makes sense in a situation of this scale. That’s the right direction.
For now, the key is to rely on verifiable information from all sides and to let the process play out. If there are any concrete updates or official documentation, it would definitely help others better understand what’s actually happening here.
