As you can read in my review I did several deposits and the wager on the deposit (so no bonus) is very high but the casino stated that its only 1X. To give them another change I unblocked my account to give it another try. This time after the deposit (€68) I I went straight to withdraw and it said WAGER €204 !! So 3X !! (see screenshot) confronted support with it but they didn’t respond. Wrote another email and then suddenly they stated yes its 3X. That’s ridiculous high.

The withdraw that I had pending was suddenly paid 15 minutes after there answer at my review (that must be a coincidence ;-)


 

30 free spins for filling in the complete account details are not working. Complained about it but it seems they don’t care.

That's a hell of an experience.

I would say the 3x deposit is at the upper limit. Some casinos apply even higher deposit wagering. 🙁

At least the support should save the day. Frankly, they don't, it seems.

I did already contact support more than a week ago, they would look into it but never heard back.

I will contact you about the wager.

Also I got a problem with your emails, when I use reply the emails doesn’t seems to reach you so for every answer I have to start a new conversation.

how can this grupp have a good score? It's one of the biggest scam grupps in casino world. Casino guru is not a good place to see if a casino is good anymore.

I've already deposited a lot here and had no chance of winning. It all seems manipulated to me, asked in the chat if they offer a deposit limit. The answer was no and it was clear to me that I don't want to play here anymore. That's why I wanted to close my account, but I had to write an email for that. Now I don't even remember how many emails I sent, and the only answer I got was that the case was closed. You are totally ignored and you get no help in the chat. Hi Radka. They accuse me of breaching T&C 56 (b/c), 57 and 62. I don’t recognize this at all as my gameplay is normal and fair.

This is the T&C 56 b/c, 57 and 62 at 0xbet:

56

b) development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;

c)fraudulent actions against Casbit Group N.V. or its payment providers;"

and paragraph. 57 of the Company`s Terms and Conditions: "In case of reveal one or several such actions on the part of the User or other similar actions, 0xBet reserves the right to cancel the user account and suspend all payouts to the User. ...".

Moreover, by not informing any of the company’s representatives about this vulnerability, you have violated paragraph 62 of our Terms and Conditions: " Should the User becomes aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the User agrees immediately to report of any such error or incompleteness to Casbit Group N.V. Should the User fails to fulfil the obligations stated at this clause and abused the results of such errors or incompleteness, Casbit Group N.V. has a right to full compensation for all damages related to the error or incompleteness, including any damages incurred as a result of the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the User.".


I dont recognize myself at all breaching these T&Cs at all. They have gone rouge.

Hi, according to what you shared and said, it seems quite strange to me. So the casino has accused you under section 62 yes, where you should report some technical error if it occurs and not win out of it ? Also, do you have any idea what it was and did you get any further explanation ? 

I think if not and the casino does not respond and you feel you did nothing wrong, then the most sensible thing to do would be to file a complaint.

Do you think it's worth a try ?

Hi,

Strange indeed. I had no intention in my gameplay or deliberate action made to take advantage of any technical error. I don’t recognize myself in their accusations as I have no idea what they can be suspecting me of. I have made no profit from any error at their site, as my (small amount of) winnings had been madein a honest way. I had a very big balance at 0xbet which they might had an interest of keeping, at any cost.
