Dear forum members, let me ask you for advice. I never got a clear idea of the rules that casinos apply on their own. I want to understand this and understand how it should actually be.

I buy a coupon for $ 20. It has a payout limit of 500. When I go through the coupon conditions I have $ 500. The question is, can I continue playing with this money and increase my balance?

Most of the times, no, you can't. The bonuses have usually some maximum withdrawal limits applied. When you play beyond the limit, the internal casino system will flag you and it won't let you to withdraw anything beyond the 500.

Anyway, there's an easy solution for this. You can withdraw your 500, then make a new deposit and continue playing. The bonus terms and conditions are met at the moment when you do the withdrawal of the 500. When you make the new deposit (without taking another bonus), you can play freely without any maximum winning conditions, because you play with your own money.

Thank you for the clarification. But the rule is absurd
