Those were the comments, and yes, I did indeed receive a bonus that did not include a profit of $0.00 and they determined it that way.

I believe that it could be investigated by looking at your game log, where it should be shown whether you have any wins with this bonus.

Would you try that and ask the casino to provide you with this document?
