I think that the easiest way is to try that.

But once the bonus is granted, it's yours to play. The casino should only award you bonuses that are actually available to you, not otherwise, so the way I see it, it was probably the casino's fault in the first place. They should enforce that this bonus will not be granted to players deposited by Skrill.

May I know how exactly did you get the bonus, please?

Not every casino is bad, but some are even generous in such situations, I have seen that in complaints.

So, as the last option, I suggest submitting a complaint if that fits your feelings, of course.

They have agreed in this occasion not to confiscate my winnings! I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Fingers crossed they process the withdrawal now 🙂

my Withdrawal was rejected via skrill due to technical issues, which I don’t really understand. It’s a preferred method and their recommended method. I’ve never experienced a problem with it.


they asked me to withdraw via another method, so I chose bank transfer - it didn’t ask for all the information I would normally put in, for example my banks address. However, I was able to enter the bank name, swift code, my account and name. Fingers crossed they withdraw in 24 hours that they said and if they do I hope it makes it to my account! If I don’t get a successful withdrawal overnight , then I will name the casino. I just don’t want to effect the withdrawal without giving them another chance.

I think it also depends on if you added all the info they need for transferring the winnings. If you added everything, you could receive your winnings within 5 business days. Even though Skrill is the preferred option, I'd just follow any method the casino suggests to you. I know many players don't want to use crypto and many casinos tend to recommend it so the bank transfer is imho quite a decent option if you can't use Skrill.

Bank transfer has also been cancelled and the fund returned to my player account. They just send an email saying the funds have been returned to my player due to a technical issue. Please re-request the withdrawal and we will process it within in our standard timeframe of up to 24 hours.


it’s just going to be a continuous cycle of withdrawing and cancel. I get no information on the technical issue. Support staff don’t have the information and no one responds to the emails when I request extra information.

There is another Aussie that experienced issues with banking transfer recently, the point is that the whole time casino declares that she was using the wrong SWIFT code. Yesterday she came back and explained the solution:

"In Australia we have BSB and Account Number. So the trick is in the IBAN field to enter both BSB and Account number with no spaces, which I only discovered through trial and error, not by any advice from casino who kept saying SWIFT code incorrect" (full conversation is here)

Now I'm just thinking aloud, is there any chance that something similar could be the catch? What do you think?

If all fails the last option would be to submit a complaint, I'm afraid. 🤔

This last cancelled withdrawal was because I was requesting over the daily limit. So once again I have withdrawn to the limit. If this too gets cancelled I’ll unfortunately need to make a complaint.
