Hello, can you help me? I have problem in this site. They closed my account by acumsed i have multi account, but iam never make account before on this site. I have already read a t&c and bonus t&c and i think iam not violated a t&c on there. Iam not using a welcome or deposit bonus iam not abuse bonus tho. They just blocked me when iam want withdraws without any inform/proff. If a problem is IP. Iam just using VPN. And iam already read and learn their t&c and policy and noone says i cant use VPN. Can casino guru help solve my complainadt?

Hello iam not deposited yet on fortune jack, because its fristtime iam playing there. And iam got money from refferals code (seen a comunity gambling post), iam trying hard to make that to get minimum value into withdraws. Before iam register i have learn all about t&c and bonus t&c on fortunejack and iam not violate anything terms there. Iam also ask how to withdraws because iam new and not understand how to make withdraws on fortunejack, after got answer iam trying withdraws. After that iam got notice on email says iam have multi account and got block. Im register lessthan a day, iam new registring today and got instant block after trying make withdraws.

filefilefileafileand its chat after iam got notif (blocked) from email. They just say they team found another similar account and how they checked if its is me. Iam already ask how, and already send a email asking for detail information + how to fix. But still not got response

FYI : Iam using VPN because my internet denied fortunejack. And before registing iam already read all (t&c, bonus t&c, & policy) and iam not found about prohibition if using vpn, what i get after learn about their terms is a bonus (welcome package/deposit bonus) cant use on same IP or other. Iam not using that bonus on my account, and i think iam save using VPN because i not use a welcome/deposit bonus and i think its not violate a terms tho.

I'm really confused, because it's my first time playing at fortunejack, I also don't understand if you want to withdraw you have to enter the bitcoin value not the dollar value. but I have been accused of having multiple accounts for one-sided gain. maybe you can think logically if i have another account at fortunejack and i do it for my personal interest, i don't need to ask livechat how to withdraw and i should already understand how fortunejack works.

And for the prof is clear. that was my conversation with one of the customer support who asked why I couldn't withdraw and how to withdraw.

Hello Mahameru,

I've looked through the casino terms and found this:


"7.6.  The use of any automated tool designed to provide assistance in betting decisions or used in any way in connection with Your use of the Services is strictly prohibited. Therefore, the use of software, external devices, programs or applications is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with Artificial Intelligence in connection with Your use of the Services."


This basically means that your are not allowed to use any software like VPN to alter anything regarding your account. Also, if someone else is using the same VPN as you and creates an account in the casino, it is counted as account multiplicity.


Please send us every e-mail or screenshot you have with the casino and we take one more look at it. However, from this perspective, we won't be able to do anything in this case as you have breached the casino terms by using the VPN.
