Odotin yli viikon kotiutusta ja lähetin henkilöllisyystodistukseni, mutta he eivät hyväksyneet sitä, koska siinä ei ole viimeistä käyttöpäivää (ei koskaan vanhene). Waiting over a week for a withdrawal, submitted my ID CARD but the wouldn't except it due to it not having an expiry date (never expires) but every other casino would except it as it is a government issued identification card and uploaded then when I finally got my physical licence with an expiry date on it I uploaded and went straight to support who said she approved it then my withdrawal got rejected again saying I need the a picture of the neo voucher which is ridiculous lucky I do take pictures of mine but I deposited a week age so the chances of having it normally where slim to none. Then once I had uploaded that the rejected again because the amount was different, I had to tell them how the neo surf works as you can split pay it, so then we tried again only again to be rejected as apparently I uploaded my ID to the wrong section but they could see it, so why did support say it was approved 🤔 so now still waiting for the next reason why they can't do my withdrawal 😡
