This casino openly refuses to show me their deposit history and requests a pdf proving the deposit of 20 euros with Astropay knowing that it is impossible. I made 3 deposits, the 3rd deposit was late after I closed my gaming account. Therefore they refuse to give me explanations and want to see the transaction. Although I sent some screenshots showing 2 payments 2 minutes apart (obviously because one arrived late) they believe, in a mafia-like manner, that the payment does not appear in their casinos. I ask that you provide me, since the casino on this site is reviewed as reliable, proof that the third deposit did not take place. Astropay does not provide bank statements and they know it and therefore everything is to their advantage and they can do whatever they want. This isn't entertainment. This may not be a reliable casino. This, in my country, is unfortunately called Mafia.

Do I understand correctly the issue revolves around a deposit you made to the casino but seems lost? Have you contacted Atropay regarding the payment you made? What was their reply?

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to a month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Talked to Astropay and sent the extracts of the 3 deposits to this sort of casino. One of these 3 payments (arrived late and after having asked for the account to be closed) was not recognized. When asked if they had received an additional payment they denied it 2 times. I wouldn't even ask for a refund of the unplayed deposit, but their support was insolent and rude.
