Hello. I was closing my account for over 2 years. And received email to open it with bonus.


I reopened it and received my bonus. I won and tried to withdraw after meeting all requirements but they don’t respond at all to their chat. And i feel the casino is abandoned. I want to make a kyc verification too but it seems limitless to solve it!

Hello. I’m trying to reach them but no response or help at all. Just every few hours a reply and telling the same thing. They won’t pay or fix it. That’s why i was closing my account with them.


they sent me email to reopen it and when i tried the withdrawal process they ask for same documents for tens of time. And i sent all the documents back to them and still got nothing!!



they keep me waiting for hours and connect me to vip which is totally abandoned
