I always prefer casino’s after checking with CasinoGuru rating but yet I’m facing such an issue that this casino is not processing my withdrawal and after making me wait for 3 days which is their processing time they tell me that the payment was cancelled by provider. I will be attaching all the chats with support, kindly help.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Only bank transfer works for Indian players on their website. I have a lot of chat transcripts with them.

Nope, the amount is now 29,900/- INR

I tried bank withdrawal option thrice after cross-checking all the information from them and it still got rejected, and then I tried depositing USDT through Tether which was successful but I’ve placed a withdrawal request on 11th of July 2024 and it’s still pending.
