I have submitted all my I'd and picture of my card but they won't accept my bank statement as I don't get utility bill so that the only one I can use and they will not accept it and I've done it the correct way

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Did they ever specify what is wrong with the documents and why are they getting rejected?

They have accepted my passport and picture of card but keep rejecting my bank statement with is pdf format like they ask for and dated in the last 3 months I have emailed them and heard nothing back
Can you please clarify when did you e-mail them and since when is the verification ongoing? Also when was the last time they responded to you?
