The player from South Carolina had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. His money had not been received yet. Despite being a long-term player and having been verified multiple times, he reported being ignored by the casino. Due to the casino's history of non-cooperation and ignoring our attempts at mediation in the past, we were unable to resolve the issue. The complaint had been closed as 'unresolved', which would affect the casino's overall rating.

I played here before had a lot of issues submitted complaints but few months ago I got a call from agent David Jackson who said they were under new management( to give them another try he would give me $100 free chip so I played won( they paid me in crypto)so to me that was good so I deposited and won very day I cashed out he tried to tell me reinvest it I said I'd like to be paid( since then he has not been in supposedly on leave Stephen agent there told me I'd get it Monday of this week it's now sat rest of them say I'll let David know when he arrives( David hasn't been there in 11 days( I feel they were betting id loose God knows how many times before the situation came up I got screenshots emails from multiple different even what was a phone # for Mr Jackson but he no longer returns my calls

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

And for the record today is 14th day if I hadn't been through this before and notice all the patterns I'm very familiar with them they say any given day weeks months years will go bye unpaid I assure you they have to communicate first and communication has stopped in all forms ( I'm being ignored!( How do I know this? Bc as soon as I have someone else login different name boom they are there within 5 seconds( they have no interest in paying it or anyone! This kind things been going on awhile I contacted the game commision in that region haven't got response back

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of EuroBets Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from EuroBets Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
