The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have deposited € 100 and decided on the promotion. The deposit was withdrawn from but not credited to my casino account. Support cannot be reached in live chat, by phone or by email (German + English). Have made various screenshots

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, as this is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate what happened to your funds, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
