I submitted all my documents and they were all approved very quickly. Now it's about my payout of €1500.00, which, according to the terms and conditions, will be processed within 11 hours. Unfortunately this is not the case, I've been waiting since yesterday at around 11.15 a.m. For a confirmation.
The customer service is hardly available. Shortly thereafter I wrote a question at around 11.40 a.m. and only got an unsatisfied answer this morning at 7.45 a.m.
In my opinion, the exam is unnecessarily prolonged, which simply does not have to be the case. And within 11 hours it's not true at all.
It's about 1500€ after all

My documents were sent on November 30th. Successfully checked. Of course I have emails about this. I was in contact last time yesterday, but these are not satisfactory statements either.
The win was made without any bonus.
The terms state that a payout will be processed within 11 hours. Unless it is an amount of 5000 euros or more and that is not the case.
I will definitely not wait 14 days as then they are violating their own terms and conditions.
I have an amount of 1500 euros that needs to be approved within at least 24 hours.
I am very disappointed so I want my win and then I will avoid this casino in the future
