The casino promises a cashback of 10% when playing slots. I deposited 500 euros and lost all of it; my cashback was around 5 euros, which is 1% of the losses. I did indeed play a bit of live casino which doesn’t count to the net losses, but not enough to warrant such a measly sum. The casino has since deleted most of my betting history so I can by no means prove what I am saying is true. Attached you can find screenshots of what my deposits during the last six months look like compared to what they lie my playing history looks like. Customer support doesn’t try to help. I want some form of reimbursement.
