Despite having a verified account and having completed the wagering requirements, both casinos left the payout requests as 'Awaiting' and were unresponsive to emails. Both sites appeared to operate under fake licenses and provided false contact details. The Complaints Team attempted to reach out to the casinos and their affiliate program for assistance, but no responses were received. I have a pending withdrawal with Doctor Casino for $800 (requested on 29th of May 2024), but I also have a pending withdrawal from one of their Sister sites Love Casino for $500 (requested on 3rd of July 2024). Both Casinos have left my withdrawal request as 'Awaiting' and are no longer replying to any of my emails. Email address are support@lovecasinosupport.com and support@doctorspinsinfo.com


My account is verified and my wagering requirements were completed so there wasn't any dispute over the winnings, they simply haven't paid me. Upon doing some research it seems I'm not the only one they've done this to.


Both sites are part of a casino franchise which runs countless casino sites. Below is a list of the ones I know of but I'm sure there's plenty more. I was working under the assumption that they were legit and legal sites but it turns out they're not. They ALL have fake licences (many which they share), they provide fake addresses and contact numbers, plus it appears as though they use pirated versions of all their games.


Anyway, I'm hoping to get help being paid my winnings, however I understand this might be difficult considering the circumstances. If nothing else I'm hoping to at least expose them, but more importantly bring them down. Could you please tell me my options?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick,


I joined Doctor Spins on 22nd of May and had my account verified on the same day, I made 4 deposits in total and received a bonus with each deposit, plus an cash bonus of $10 between deposits. Each bonus i received left me with a massive wagering requirement, which I actually managed to complete on the 30th of May, thus request payment of my winnings.


I joined Love casino on 3rd of July and had account verified on the same day. I then made 2 deposits on the same day which included a welcome bonus and hefty wagering requirement. Despite this I had a few lucky wins and managed to complete all wagering requirements, thus being able to request payment of $500


Neither Casino has disputed my winnings at all... they just simply haven't paid it. At first they would reply to my emails insisting it can take up to 21 working days, then after that time frame was over they just kept making excuses for being delayed and assuring me it will get paid. In the meantime my request hadn't shifted from its initial 'Awaiting' stage, causing me to start having doubts, and ultimately doing some research. I was disappointed to find their stalling tactics were common place (with Doctor Spins, Love Casino and all the Sister Sites), and plenty of others had missed out on being paid their winnings as well.


Once I approached them about my findings, they stopped all communications, I told them on my last email that if I didn't get a reply or see some progress with my withdrawals I'd be reporting everything wherever possible.

As expected, despite multiple attempts to reach out to the casino, I've had no success in getting a response. In addition to contacting the casino's support directly, I also reached out to their affiliate program, which oversees all their brands, but I was completely ignored by them as well. Unfortunately, without cooperation from their side, there is little that can be achieved. Since the casino operates without a valid license and does not refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could help change their approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

I recommend choosing casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
