I registered at the casino and took a no deposit bonus, successfully played it back and before submitting a request for payment I asked the support team what I needed to receive a payment to the piastrix payment system, which is provided on their website. The operator told me that I needed to make a deposit and a screenshot of my wallet, upload documents. I did everything I did with Azali, deposit, screenshot, uploaded all the documents.

‌But they don't care, they cancel the payments. They demand that I make a deposit now with cryptocurrency, although I have already made a deposit with piastrix. And I don't want to make a deposit in this casino anymore, I have already made it with piastrix and I want to receive the payment on it. But they don't want to pay out the money.

all this has been going on since March 25. I talked to them yesterday, they still require a deposit of 25 euros from a crypto wallet. I have already explained to them several times that before applying for a payout I talked to the operator and asked about the piastrix payment system, which they have for both deposits and payouts. I ended up making a deposit from piastrix, and ordered a payout from it. They reject all applications
