I made a withdrawal on the 2nd of January via bank teansfer. when I asked how long my funds would be in pending as they had been sat there for 5 days they said my funds would be with me as soon as possible.

Unfortunately this was an automated message as they send the exact same message next time I asked.

Today my pending withdrawal was moved back to balance. I have asked why but no response!

I have tried a bitcoin withdrawal with no success as of yet. Im deeply concerned this site is a scam

Unfortunately they are being very uncooperative. I have now attempted a bank transfer using the correct details. If this doesnt work it proves they are a fraudulent company and will need legal action to prevent from

them from trading

Ive attempted a bank transfer which has been sat in pending since the 11th.

Which seems a lot but i'm not sure what a reasonable amount of time is to process pending withdrawals

Update: The money is neither in my balance or pending withdrawal section. So fingers cross that the payment has been made and it is just going to clear

Sorry but I was just concerned when i read all the bad reviews and got concerned when i couldnt withdraw via e wallet.
