Case summary

The player from Indiana had trouble with a withdrawal from Cryptoloko casino. Despite the approval of the withdrawal, the player did not receive the payout because the casino used a different, old bitcoin address that the player had used with Coindraw a year ago but not for the current transaction. The player also complained about the lengthy verification process they went through. We reviewed the case and determined that it was impossible to prove the bitcoin address did not belong to the player or that someone else accessed the account. Therefore, the complaint was rejected due to insufficient evidence.

I had requested withdrawal from cryptoloko casino and was approved on both amounts requested but never received the payout. Upon asking about this they said they sent it to an address I used with coindraw a year ago. Ok well I used bitcoin to cash out I put my bitcoin address in the box provided. So when it got to banker they just changed my address to some random address. Why do you put your address in the box at check out if they are just going to change the address to something else. I wasn't able to use coindraw it made me use bitcoin so why would you change it to another address anyways. And the address they used and say I did a year ago is not my address nor has it ever been my address. So I just lose the money I cashed out because they won't make this right and send the money to my correct bitcoin address that I left at cashout. I deposited money using my dogecoin why not use that one to cash out to ? Just all to weird to me if you ask me. They got away with out having to pay me a dime. I cannot trust to send any of my money there because I don't know where it might go. Oh and all this was after I once again had to verify identity and spend 3 days trying to do that and 7 more for cashout that didn't even come to me. What a rip off they are.

Hello reneestrange2,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Crypto Loko Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

I verified 08/2023 then did a more lengthy one this time. I started with bonus money then deposited $20 in dogecoin and then won the tournament. I did all play throughs verified for a second time and waited 7 days for a cashout only for them to change it upon approval to a Bitcoin address I do not have. I left my Bitcoin address in the proper box at cash out for them to use and that's not what they did at all. This has been ongoing since May 9th I last spoke to them yesterday. They gave me a hash if to a Bitcoin address from a year ago saying that's where the money is and that isn't my Bitcoin address and I never received the payments. One for $50 and the tournament win for $51 I met all their requirements and they approved my cash outs they just took it upon themselves to put a Bitcoin address in to send it to that does not belong to me. Why ask for Bitcoin address at cash out if you are just going to change it to whatever you want after approval. I can't deposit anymore money at this casino because now I cannot trust my money is safe and I can't trust if I cash out that they will send it to my Bitcoin address so I would just lose money anyways. And I failed to mention the $20 I deposited the banker just took it from my account like it was free bonus money and it want it was my deposit. I just want this to be made right. I play at all Inclave casinos and I like them all but this has been a big let down and I am afraid I cannot trust any of that game affiliate anymore.

filehere is some different pieces of corospondence with Crypto loko. I missed getting screen shots of 1 conversation day before yesterday where I was told they were going to repay out the withdrawals and they said they had been approved but not paid out yet and the guy put my bitcoin address in and confirmed it with me so I thought they had made it right then checking yesterday was told they had been paid out already to the bitcoin address from a year ago that isn't my bitcoin address and that was the end of it. I really need help making this right. I am still in shock that they just change from the bitcoin address you put in the box to whatever they want to. This is supposed to be fun but the fun has been taken out of it for sure.

Hello reneestrange2,

Can you please advise if the wallet address where the casino sent the money ever belong to you? Does anybody else have access to your casino account?

That wallet address was never mine. No one else has access to my account. Me and my 5 year old son are the only ones that live here so no one has access to my phone.

I can give you all my wallet address that I have had for the past 3 years and none of them are the one that they sent my money to.

I haven't heard anything from you are you still looking at my case? It says your time for response had expired.

Hello reneestrange2,

After taking into consideration every fact, we will be unfortunately forced to reject the complaint for the following reason:

It is impossible to prove that the address does not belong to you just like it is impossible to prove that somebody could have access to your account and simply withdraw the balance to their own wallet. The casino doesn't just change the wallet address for no reason.

I would recommend to contact the casino's licensing authorities as they might have access to date we do not.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Dear reneestrange2,

We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to respond in the given time frame or don’t require any further assistance, we will reject the complaint.

I would never lie or make this crap up. They admitted to changing my bitcoin address after approving my cash out. They sent it to an address that isn't mine. So I will never get my money and I deposited money for no reason because they took that when I requested cashout so $20 they were given for free. No one will be able to help me with this really? And I don't know how to find who licensed them to go to them and complain.

Hello reneestrange2,

Based on our latest review, the casino has no license after all. Still, it unfortunately does not change the fact that we can't accuse the casino based on the given facts. There is no way to prove who did request the payment or who the address belongs to so it might as well to you or anybody who can access your account.

I'm really sorry that we could not be more of help but the evidence we have so far is very little. We will be forced to reject the complaint for the above stated facts.

Best regards,

Nick
