Crypto-Games.io Casino blocked my account without any reason, three days after I deposited money for withdrawal. They wrote that I broke the rules and nothing more. They did not return my deposit or winnings. I filled my account in the amount of 80 dollars, won 90, won all this money in the game mine field, then I lost it a little and didn’t play anymore. 3 days after that the account was blocked. please help me get my money back

I used the bonus but I didn't win anything from it. Everything I won I won in the game mines field. They didn't ask me for verification.

The player was blocked for two reasons:


He had two user accounts, which our system automatically blocks.


He used bonus money to save features in slots and continued playing after the bonus period ended.


Given the circumstances, I cannot show leniency.

this is a blatant lie, I registered in this casino for the first time in my life, I won money in the slot honestly, in the slot mine field. why do I need to have 2 accounts in this casino if it is so bad and blocks??? where is the proof of creating another account? where are the withdrawals from it, where are the deposits??? I did not create a second account in this terrible casino
