Crypto Games Casino - Player's account threatened to be closed and winnings confiscated.

Account closure and Confisticared funds ~8.38 ETH

I'm "Jinx" from CG.

Crypto.Games has threatened to close my account of 6 years and confiscate approximately 8.38 ETH balance, in exchange for my personal and private information.

The website did not require KYC when i registered.

The website add KYC as a step to unlock features (faster betting speed) and VIP Bonuses on user's Birthday (KYC USED to confirm date of birth) but it was not and still is not mandatory according to site tos.

My balance was built using referrals commission from inviting 1051 users over the 6 years and playing with that same balance.
