I won hundreds including TWO 9 symbols bonus buys And the casino wrongfully believe that even after stating there’s no max bet I apparently hit a MAX WIN. these people are brutal on my $25 deposit I never lost it before I hit the confiscated combos and again TWO 9 symbol bonus buys. Help me casino guru!

Did you not receive your bonus bets or was the winning bet not credited? Did you use any bonus when you were playing? Did you contact the casino with this issue and if yes, what did they respond? What max bet and win are you reffering to?

I have contacted the casino I believe I even have limited correspondence (screen shots) the wins were not credited to my account and basically they claim I won too much money and they capped me at $20 be pull which is absolutely unheard of to me I was using a bonus 50% match and they issues spins I prefer to play later the site experiences many issues technically and I took the lady’s word for it when she told me to "play the spins" they are essentially categorizing trapping my deposit in a bogus free spin section
